Steps to Verify
If a student participates in research, an internship, presentations, creative works, receives and award or participates in the publication process, they may want to have it included in the cocurricular record. The student is able to submit these activities to be verified. As the faculty advisor over the activity that the student has participated in, it is your job to verify that the student has indeed participated, and that the information they have entered is correct.
Step 1: Log onto TruView, and click on the Cocurricular Record Tab. You will see the Faculty/Staff user interface.
Step 2: Check the Outstanding Verification List:
This gives you a list of all the items that you are being requested to verify by various students. You can see below the information provided on the list. You can click on the Student Name and pull up a particular item to be reviewed and verified.
Step 3: Select Student and Area to be Verified.
